San Juan province made history by becoming the only place in the world scheduled to host all three official IRONMAN distances — 5150, 70.3 and full — within the same year, positioning itself as a genuine new capital of South American triathlon.
The Course
The race starts with a swim in the Río San Juan, then heads out toward the Andes for the bike leg, before finishing with a run through the city itself — a genuine blend of natural landscape and local culture along the way.
