WHY THIS CHORE
SHOW UP READY.
Genuinely more food-and-wine festival than race — a gran fondo built around celebrating the harvest, not just finishing times.

A Gran Fondo Built Around Celebration
Devised in 2003 to mark the end of the wine harvest, Prosecco Cycling only times select climbing sections rather than the full 100km route — meaning you can genuinely ride hard when it counts and enjoy the rest.
The Terrain
Closed roads through the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG region, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with roughly 1,500m of climbing spread across vineyard-lined hills.
The Finish
Rest stops swap bananas for shrimp scampi and Prosecco; the finish-line piazza party in Valdobbiadene includes a full pasta party rather than a quiet medal handout.
Daily Chore Take
A genuinely excellent choice if you want a real gran fondo experience without needing high-altitude-pass fitness — approachable climbing, real food, real culture.
