The Format
8 km of running alternating with 8 functional fitness stations (SkiErg, sled push/pull, rowing, farmers carry, wall balls, and more). Categories: Open, Pro, Doubles, Doubles Mixed, Relay, and Adaptive divisions.
Venue
Hamburg Messe (Messeplatz 1, 20357 Hamburg) — HYROX's original home venue, host of the very first HYROX race back in 2017. Centrally located in the Karolinenviertel district, served by S-Bahn (Dammtor, Sternschanze) and U-Bahn (Messehallen).

28 October – 1 November 2026, a five-day weekend across Open, Pro, Doubles, Doubles Mixed, Relay and Adaptive.
Who it's for
Athletes who want to race on HYROX's founding stage. Typically the largest German HYROX of the year alongside the Berlin stop, with one of the deepest Pro fields globally outside the World Championships — strong German, Austrian, Swiss, Dutch and Scandinavian representation.

Registration only via the official HYROX website — Hamburg is one of the most in-demand stops on the German calendar and regularly sells out.
