8 km of running alternating with 8 functional fitness stations (SkiErg, sled push/pull, rowing, farmers carry, wall balls, and more). Categories: Open, Pro, Doubles, Doubles Mixed, Relay, and Adaptive divisions.
Venue
Merkur Spiel-Arena, Arena-Straße 1, 40474 Düsseldorf — the 54,600-capacity home stadium of Fortuna Düsseldorf in the Stockum district. This is the first time a HYROX event in the DACH region has ever been held inside a football stadium.
Date
11–15 November 2026, five race days with staggered wave starts across all categories.
Who it's for
Athletes from North Rhine-Westphalia, who no longer need to travel to Cologne or Frankfurt, and anyone wanting to experience the stadium format with its distinctive acoustics and grandstand atmosphere. An international airport and dense rail network also make Düsseldorf easy to reach for visitors.
Tickets
Registration only via the official HYROX website. Prices vary by category and sales phase — early registration is recommended, as November weekends in Düsseldorf (trade fairs, carnival preparations) can push hotel demand up.
