8 km of running alternating with 8 functional fitness stations (SkiErg, sled push/pull, rowing, farmers carry, wall balls, and more). Categories: Open, Pro, Doubles, Relay, and Adaptive divisions.

Messe Frankfurt (Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main) — one of the largest exhibition grounds in the world, directly served by S-Bahn (Messe) and U-Bahn (U4, Festhalle/Messe).
Date
10–13 December 2026, four race days with a dense wave schedule — one of the largest HYROX events on the German calendar.
Who it's for
Athletes chasing a final qualifying chance before year-end, or looking to close out the season with a big event. Frankfurt Airport (15 minutes by S-Bahn) and the ICE rail hub make it one of the most accessible HYROX events in Europe.
